Job Description

  • Assist the PM in awarded projects kick-off meetings
  • Organise resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
  • Assist the PM with on/off site meetings pertaining to technical issues
  • Ensure project management tools are updated regularly and documentation properly done
  • Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants representatives
  • Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports
  • Design corrective actions and mitigate scope and schedules
  • Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling-over projects to customers
  • Co-ordinate internal resources and vendors for projects execution
  • Facilitate and oversee the smooth execution of project matters
