Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to oversee technical aspects of engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion to achieve company objectives
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical reports to guide project execution
- Conduct site inspections to assess risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly during the project lifecycle to maintain progress
- Prepare and present clear project progress reports to senior management to support informed decision-making
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
- 3-5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction design and M&E
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills demonstrated in project environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
