Description:
- Salary Package: S$2200 up to S$2800
- Full-time position
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Main Office is at Oxley Bizhub 2
Key Responsibilities:
1.Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain full/partial sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
- Handle invoicing, collections, and payments
- Support year-end closing and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
2.Taxation & IRAS Compliance
- Prepare and submit GST returns (F5/F7) in compliance with IRAS requirements
- Assist in Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Corporate Income Tax (Form C/C-S) submissions
- Maintain proper tax documentation and schedules
- Liaise with IRAS on tax queries, audits, or clarifications
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions
3.Purchasing / Procurement
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and track deliveries
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with operations
4.Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations
- Handle customer's queries
- Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records)
- Support HR administrative matters (leave tracking, onboarding documentation, Work Pass Administrative)
- Manage office supplies, contracts, and service providers
- Support senior management in coordinating meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and expense claims
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, preferably within the Construction industry.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Understand MOM regulations related to Construction sector.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Familiarity with accounting ABSS software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Meticulous and well organized
- Must have experience in administration and tax submission.
