Job Description

Are you a passionate HR professional looking to make an impact across the full spectrum of human resource functions Join our client and be part of a dynamic team driving Human Resource excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, manpower planning, and employee relations.
  • Administer compensation & benefits processes such as salary benchmarking, annual performance reviews, salary adjustments, bonus/AWS, insurance policies, and flexi benefits.
  • Participate actively in HR projects, initiatives, employee engagement activities, and survey analysis.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, Employee Handbook, and best practices in compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.
  • Support payroll operations including monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR8A, and statutory claims (e.g. NS make-up pay, government-paid leave).
  • Assist in office and building administration (transport coordination, courier/mailing, travel bookings, facilities support).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and support statutory surveys (e.g. MOM submissions).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR or administrative experience in Singapore.
  • Experience with Times Pro will be an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
