Architectural Coordinator

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Architectural Coordinator to support and coordinate architectural works across construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that site works are executed according to specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing Coordination & Technical Support

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure all drawings are updated and aligned with project requirements.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure proper execution of works.
• Monitor progress and address any coordination issues on site.

Material & Cost Control

• Manage material requisitions and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Assist in monitoring project costs and resource utilisation.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Support enforcement of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements on site.
• Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with approved drawings and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
