Application Support Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Provide L2 support for Java-based applications, ensuring SLA compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL on MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
• Manage UNIX/Linux environments and automation via shell scripting
• Monitor and support AWS services including EC2, RDS, and S3

Role Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 and perform root cause analysis
• Support REST APIs and Java microservices architecture
• Maintain system health with proactive monitoring and log analysis
• Follow ITSM standards and participate in on-call support
