Admin Executive

Job Description:

1) Human Resource

  • Support and full spectrum of HR matters.
  • Able to handle employees monthly payroll cycle, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A income tax assessment, applications of work permits and employment passes.

2) Account

  • Bookkeeping and maintain records

3) Company

  • Certification from government sector requirement
  • Office supplies & company events
  • Other ad-hoc company related administrative work

4) Sales and Operation Support

  • Support sales and operation executive in administrative works

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience and Construction sector experience
  • Diploma in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
  • Must have knowledge with ABSS accounting software
  • Possess knowledge of statutory and employment law
  • Independent, self-drive and able to work under pressure

Remuneration:

. Monthly salary starting from S$2,800 to $3,500 (5 day work)

. 38 days Leave (Annual leave 14 days + Casual leave 10 Days + Medical leave 14 days)

. Leave Buyback benefit and bonus (2x a year)
