The Role
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our team with day-to-day HR operations, payroll, finance administration, and general office support. You will work closely withthe Strategic Finance Manager and take on real responsibility from day one.
This is a good fit if you are someone who takes initiative, keeps things organized, and is comfortable picking up new tools and ways of working.
What You Will Do
HR & Payroll
. Handle general office administration - filing, correspondence, and day-to-day operational support
. Process monthly payroll and verify calculations before submission
. Manage CPF contributions and statutory deductions
. Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations
Finance & Accounts
. Assist with accounts payable and receivable - tracking invoices and following up on payments
. Check outgoing invoices for accuracy and compliance before sending to clients
. Maintain proper filing of invoices and documents for audit and GST purposes
. Flag any discrepancies or missing documents before they become issues
General Administration
. Provide day-to-day admi support to the management team
. Maintain filing systems, trackers, and internal records
. Help prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents
. Support process documentation - writing SOPs and keeping things organized
. Pick up ad-hoc tasks across HR, finance, and operations as needed
What We Are Looking For
. 2 - 4 years of HR and/or admin experience in Singapore
. Familiar with CPF, MOM work pass processes, and the Employment Act
. Some experience with accounts payable, receivable, or basic invoicing
. Good with people - able to work with different teams without friction
. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without being chased
. Not afraid to ask questions or flag issues when something doesn't look right
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
