Construction BIM designer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Quantity take-off for tenders and projects.

- Review project specs and tender clarification.

- Utilize AutoCad and other software to create detailed drawings, updating & drawing reviewing.

- Structural setting and sections.

- Preparation of construction drawings, structural and architectural details for awarded projects.

- BIM customisation, design & coordination.

- Conduct comprehensive 3D Model reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project specifications.

- Identify potential design clashes and suggesting practical solutions to optimize project outcomes.

- Generate 3D building information model for easy visualization of projects.

- Site visit, coordinate with Architect engineers, engineers to solve construction drawing issues.

- Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.

Skill Preferable:

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.

- Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Able to communicate well in English

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
