Job Description

  • Reviewing blueprints,calculating material quantities (taking-off), and preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender submissions.
  • Monitoring project budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring expenses do not exceed the budget.

  • Preparing progress claims, certifying payments to subcontractors, and managing variation orders.
  • Working with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to negotiate contracts and resolve contractual disputes.
  • Drafting final account documents and reporting on project financial progress.
