1. Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultants comments, and project changes
- Maintain proper version control and drawing registers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements (e.g. Building and Construction Authority guidelines)
2. Project Coordination
- Liaise with engineers, architects, main contractors, and site supervisors
- Coordinate drawing submissions and approvals with consultants
- Track project progress and update drawing status accordingly
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes when required
3. Site Support
- Assist site team with technical clarifications and drawing interpretation
- Conduct site measurements and verify actual conditions
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain documentation, correspondence, and records
- Prepare reports, schedules, and progress updates
- Support project manager in coordination tasks
