Job Description

Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing client relationships, developing new accounts, and coordinating operations. Achieve monthly sales targets while building brand awareness and delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate job schedules and communications between clients and operations to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop new customer accounts by identifying prospects and expanding the customer base
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and manage collections to support business revenue goals
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Promote brand and product awareness to increase market presence and customer engagement
  • Work independently with initiative to manage sales activities and client interactions effectively
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document sales activities, client data, and reports
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Mandarin to handle client queries and build rapport

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license and possession of own car (essential for outdoor job nature and client visits)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for sales documentation and communication
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to manage client relationships and communications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sociable and outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people
  • Sales performance driven mindset with ability to work independently
