Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support daily administrative and coordination functions in a building materials trading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal staff on orders and deliveries
- Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and related documents
- Support daily operations and ensure proper documentation flow
- Maintain accurate and organized company records
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of admin experience (construction experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiar with invoicing and simple accounting tasks
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
