Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support daily administrative and coordination functions in a building materials trading company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal staff on orders and deliveries
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and related documents
  • Support daily operations and ensure proper documentation flow
  • Maintain accurate and organized company records

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years of admin experience (construction experience preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiar with invoicing and simple accounting tasks
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
