Accounts and Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts and Admin Executive to support in daily accounting and administrative operations. The role includes processing vendor payments, managing APAC petty cash and staff expense claims, and coordinating with external accountant to support financial reporting and compliance matters.
In addition to accounting responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide office administration and operational support. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, overseeing the cleaner's duties for the service apartment, and replenishing pantry supplies. The role may also include other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier and vendor invoices and payments.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Issue receipts to customers upon completion of sales transactions.
- Handle bank payments, APAC staff claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
APAC Petty Cash & Staff Claims
- Collect monthly APAC petty cash reports and verify entries for accuracy before submission to HQ for recording.
- Review and verify APAC staff claims and reimbursement requests.
Accounts Bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain proper accounting documentation in accordance with HQ accounting requirements and formats.
Liaison & Compliance Support
- Provide supporting documents (e.g. invoices, receipts, payment records) to external accounting firms for monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with HQ Accounts Department on reconciliation matters.
- Work closely with banks and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled when required.
Administrative & Other Duties
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and administrative records.
- Assist in budgeting activities.
- Support the drafting and updating of HR and Finance SOPs and policies.
- Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees across APAC offices.
- Oversee office and service apartment housekeeping matters, including air-conditioning servicing, replenishment of office and pantry supplies, and general office upkeep.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial reporting processes.

Remuneration
- Salary range is SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,100.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.
Other Requirements
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
- Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with colleagues from China HQ via WeChat.
