We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to support our daily operations. This role covers administrative, accounting, and basic operations support to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and quotations
- Maintain proper filing (digital & physical)
- Handle general office admin tasks and documentation
Accounts Duties
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist with e-invoicing and basic bookkeeping
- Support monthly accounts closing and reporting
Operations Support
- Coordinate goods in/out and assist with stock checks
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
Ad Hoc
- Assist with simple social media posting (if required)
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
- Good communication skills
