Warehouse Assistant | Air-conditioned Warehouse
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, and inventory in the system
- Process customer orders and prepare invoices and delivery orders
- Coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements
- Perform stock take and ensure proper inventory control
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery
- Load and unload goods and ensure proper storage in the warehouse
- Check items for correct quantity and quality before delivery
- Deliver goods to customers when required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
- Compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with documentation and other warehouse operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge is required)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible team player with a positive attitude
- On-the-job training provided
