Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely provisions for monthly expenditures, fixed assets, accruals, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities.
Maintain proper and systematic filing systems for accounting documents.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and completing related tasks as required.
Human Resource Duties
Assist the HR Manager in managing HR-related responsibilities.
Other Responsibilities
Monitor and manage company insurance policies such as Workmen's Compensation, Professional Indemnity, and other relevant coverage.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good organizational and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work in dependently.
A good team player who can collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality work.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
