Admin + Accounts Executive/ 5 Days work week / West (Pioneer)
.salary negotiable depending on years of relevant experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 6.30pm
Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
We are looking for administrative staff who are
- Highly organized, responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks independently in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge of POS software is a plus
- Diploma Holder
- Experience in the F&B industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
General Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative duties, data entry, filing and office correspondence
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, customers, tenants and internal teams to address inquiries and provide updates
Record and Documentation
- Prepare, verify and input monthly reports (e.g. sales report) into the accounting system
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for mulitple accounts
- Process monthly GIRO payments and ad-hoc supplier payments
- Issue monthly invoices, including tenant billing, rental charges and cleaning fees
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems
Ad-Hoc & Operational Support
- Prepare tenancy agreements and follow up with tenants for completion
- Manage stock orders when needed
- Track license expiry dates and ensure timely renewal
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
