Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as an Accounts Receivable Assistant is based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. The primary responsibilities include managing billing processes, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, ensuring timely collections, and supporting credit control activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating closely with the finance team. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with financial systems efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Understanding and experience in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Credit Control
  • Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Finance and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in using relevant financial software and tools
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
