Job Description

Job Title: Sales Admin (Aircon Servicing)

Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries for aircon servicing, maintenance, and repair
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and service contracts
  • Coordinate service schedules with technicians and customers
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and service confirmations
  • Maintain customer database and service records
  • Liaise with suppliers for parts, pricing, and availability
  • Process orders, payments, and update job status
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist sales team in achieving targets and preparing reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales admin or customer service (ACMV/HVAC industry preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of aircon servicing or willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Advantage

  • Experience in aircon servicing or maintenance company
  • Familiar with invoicing systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Knowledge of Singapore market and customer handling
