ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central (BC), specifically the Purchase Order (PO) and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and raise Purchase Orders within BC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day finance operations and maintaining proper financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Microsoft Business Central (Core Focus)
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Microsoft Business Central.
- Ensure accuracy of item details, pricing, quantities, and vendor information in BC.
- Process vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching (PO, DO, Invoice).
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation and system accuracy within the BC Finance module.
- Generate financial and operational reports from BC as required.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform AR reconciliations and aging analysis.
- Assist with credit control where necessary.
General Accounting
- Assist with month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support audit preparation and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central (Finance & PO modules is a must).
- Strong understanding of AP and AR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
