Based in Singapore Corporate Office, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Accounts Director.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Performance, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously evaluating a focused sales strategy and action plan aligned with PPHG's commercial and marketing plans, objectives, and targets. The incumbent will drive revenue growth across a portfolio of luxury consortia accounts in the region, while upholding and representing the brand's service excellence and luxury positioning. The scope of coverage includes Asia, encompassing Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution

Develop, implement, and evaluate a well-defined, focused sales strategy and action plan in line with PPHG commercial and marketing plans, objectives, and targets as agreed with Vice President, Commercial Performance. Continue refining PPR program and enhance Pan Pacific Reserve to improve overall luxury leisure market share.

Key Account Management

Develop, implement, and evaluate key account plans specifically designed to drive measurable revenue growth. Work with key travel partners for joint account plan.

Client Engagement & Educational Trips

Initiate and lead targeted educational (site inspection) trips to showcase PPHG's properties and convert client interest into confirmed business.

Global Sales Events

Plan, manage, and actively participate in annual Global Sales events for the region, ensuring maximum ROI and brand representation.

Performance& KPI Delivery

Deliver on KPIs in line with Global Sales strategy and guidelines, including the annual account list review and revenue targets.

Hotel & Cross-Functional Support

Strategically support hotels by participating in:

. Performance calls and internal business reviews
. Regional revenue and sales calls
. Market intelligence reporting

Internal Relationships

. Maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with all PPHG hotels and Corporate Office.
. Ensure prompt, informative, and professional responses to enquiries.
. Drive quality lead generation and provide thorough, actionable account intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Awareness

. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
. Report key insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic adjustments.

Requirements:

. Mandatory to possess a minimum of 3 years in global or hotel sales function
. Ensures hotel's commercial strategies conform to PPHG's brand philosophies and goals.
. Able to create objectives and make strategic decisions and recommendations based on facts, market trends and experience/knowledge.
. Effectively develop, implement, monitor and control sales strategies and goals.
. Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements, revenue reports, and market data.
. Analytical approach to problem solving utilizing data to make conclusions.
. Comprehension of all transient segments, their respective sales processes, markets, demands, sales deployment, client development and goal setting process.
. Comprehension of group sales processes and group sales demands.
. Comprehension of the reservation sales processes for PPHG.
. Effective time management and strong communication skills.
. Excellent professional presentation skills.
. Ability to multi-task and balance the priorities of the position.
