Occupation: Sales Trainer (Regional)

Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 5,500 (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are a growing company in the health and wellness industry, specializing in advanced stem cell regeneration products. We are expanding our regional presence and seeking a qualified Sales Trainer to support our sales and distributor network.

Job Description

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs to enhance the performance of the company's direct sales team and distributor network. This role also works closely with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and conduct sales training programs for internal teams and external distributors

. Train sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and closing strategies

. Work closely with the Marketing Team to align training with marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies

. Support implementation of marketing initiatives by ensuring sales teams understand campaign objectives and messaging

. Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve sales targets

. Assist in developing sales SOPs, training manuals, and materials

. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and training effectiveness

. Support regional business activities, including training in overseas markets such as China and Hong Kong

Requirements

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales training

. Experience in direct sales, distributor management, and marketing coordination

. Strong understanding of how marketing strategies support sales performance

. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing

. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support regional operations in China and Hong Kong

. Willingness to travel overseas for regional assignments (China and Hong Kong) as required.
