Assistant Sales Manager (Water Product Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for water quality analyzers.

• Manage and grow key accounts including water utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering companies.

• Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tenders within water and wastewater sectors.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.

• Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions to customers.

• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and product demonstrations.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analyzers, analytical instruments, or environmental technologies.

• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in water & wastewater or process industries.

• Strong knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analyzers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).

• Experience in key account management and leading sales teams is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.

• Willingness to travel when required.
