Utrust is committed to excellence in our industry. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations, including payroll, the director's personal tax and expense records, and the accounts of our subsidiary company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage the director's personal tax returns, expense records, and other financial matters.
- Oversee and manage the accounts of the subsidiary company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and financial controls.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
- Handle any other accounting-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, with experience in payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Experience managing accounts for multiple entities, including subsidiary companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
