1-Year Contract Call Centre Officer #HKC

- 1-year contract
- Budget: Up to $4,000
- Location: Ubi
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding PH, Sats and Suns. Shifts maybe staggered to arrive half an hour later or earlier depending on the actual operational needs.

Job scope:

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Log and manage customer interactions using internal systems
• Resolve complaints or escalate complex cases to relevant departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards
• Assist in backend administrative duties as required

Requirements:

. Min O Level with 3 credits including English
. Min 1 year of experience in service industry/ contact centre
