About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, psychological and social well-being of teenage residents in a structured residential home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide casework and counselling support to teenage girls in residential care

  • Conduct needs and risk assessments develop and implement Individual Care Plans

  • Work closely with external stakeholders including schools, agencies and healthcare professionals

  • Facilitate restorative work and family counselling sessions

  • Monitor residents progress, manage incidents and maintain accurate case documentation

  • Participate in weekly case conferences and follow-up actions

  • Plan and run group work, life skills programmes and developmental workshops

  • Coordinate relevant enrichment activities, classes and talks

  • Prepare reports and support the Head of Home in assigned duties

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Social Work

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in casework or youth support services

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and counselling skills

  • Compassionate, resilient and motivated to empower vulnerable youth

  • Able to support after-hours emergencies when required
