Our client has more 40 years of success in offering a full spectrum of real estate services which includes Civil Engineering, Design and Build, Construction, Project Management Consultancy, Procurement and Mechanical & Electrical Installation, Precast and Prefabrication.

Job Description:

• Plan, implement, and manage WSH management systems and safety programmes on site
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments (RA), MSRA, and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Perform regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor and enforce compliance with WSH Act, MOM regulations, and project safety requirements
• Prepare and present WSH reports, statistics, and monthly safety performance reports
• Liaise with relevant authorities including MOM, NEA, PUB, SP Group (where applicable)
• Lead, guide, and coach the site safety team and supervisors
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the project team

Job Requirements

• Must be a registered WSHO with MOM (Singapore)
• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in building construction projects (e.g. residential, commercial, mixed developments)
• Experience working with an A1 main contractor will be advantageous
• Familiar with local authority requirements and building project compliance standards
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act, risk management, and safety practices in building construction
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)
