PROJECT DIRECTOR

• Location: Woodlands
• Role requires flexibility to support project schedules, including extended hours and shift work where operationally required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers and project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards
• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external vendors
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Report project progress and key issues to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor, construction, or engineering industries
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments or high-tech facilities is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
