Vita Partners Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Works Package Manager (Electrical) to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the delivery of large-scale projects in the Life Science sector.

Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
Role Overview
As the Electrical Works Package Manager, you will lead the delivery of electrical systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical construction environment. You'll ensure compliance with GMP standards, local codes, and client specifications while managing contractors, design coordination, and project execution from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Quality Control
. Oversee all electrical contractors to ensure high-quality installations aligned with pharma-grade standards.
. Maintain rigorous site and test records in compliance with Client requirements, Building Control Act, and industry regulations.
. Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
Project Delivery
. Manage the full lifecycle of the electrical package including LV/MV distribution, cleanroom power systems, lighting, fire alarms, and ELV systems.
. Coordinate specialist design support services and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines (CSA, HVAC, Process Utilities).
Client & Stakeholder Management
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
. Provide regular reporting on progress, quality, and compliance.
. Act as the key point of contact for electrical scope during audits, inspections, and commissioning.
Requirements
. Recognized degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
. 7-10 years of experience in electrical design and construction, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments
. Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure and deliver results
. Strong planning, negotiation, and client-facing skills
. Familiarity with cleanroom electrical standards, validation protocols, and authority submission processes
