We are partnering with a reputable and leading Singapore-based Distributor of Scientific & Medical Instrument, Laboratory Equipment and Hospital Infrastructure. They have close to 5 decades of history and have presence in 8 countries within SEA. Currently, they are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the Life Sciences / Scientific Instruments team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in leading the Life Sciences / General Sciences business unit, managing a team ofProduct Specialists. You will execute strategic commercial plans, drive sales & marketing initiatives, managing inventory of scientific equipment, and boost the overall revenue of your division. As a hands-on leader, you will also need to proactively contribute to the overall sales revenue, including participating in tender submissions, commercial agreements, and developing strong relationships with customers across the market.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with 5 10 years of Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and/or Business Development experience within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Scientific Instruments, and/or Laboratory Equipment sector. You will also need to have people management experiences and track record of leading high-performing sales team. Having experience working in a distributor environment will be an added advantage.
