Location: Location: Tampines / Woodlands (This position will be based at the project site and will require travel between the two locations as needed.)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12:00pm)

Job Description:
Assist in the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System.
Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ISO standards.
Conduct regular site safety audits, toolbox meetings, and promotional programs to foster a strong safety culture.
Investigate all safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions for management review.
Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date and maintained.
Coordinate and participate in risk assessments and ensure bridging documentation meets project specifications.
Recommend and apply reasonably practicable control measures for all identified EHS risks.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in an environmental control or environmental management role, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications are mandatory
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or high-tech facility environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centers)
Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act, and other applicable regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
