We are seeking experienced Workday subject matter experts to take ownership of specific modules within a large-scale HR transformation program. Each Module Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and optimisation of one dedicated Workday area - Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labour, Learning, Workforce Planning, Integration Middleware, or Historical Data Migration. This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional expertise, excellent HR process knowledge, and proven experience in leading module delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.
