Warehouse Supervisor

We supply our Packaging systems to many of the world's leading chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, Food & Beverage and Bio-Chemicals manufacturers throughout South East Asia and rest of the world.

Our Singapore plant is seeking a professional personnel who is driven by a strong passion to succeed to fill the vacancy of WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage storage arrangement of Finished Goods & components in good and safe manners.
2. Arrange daily inbound & outbound loadings and materials handling activities.
3. Process of documentation for delivery, goods receiving, material handling, i.e Delivery Note, COA (Certificate of Assurance), Invoice and packing list, check list, labelling, packing, etc.
4. Facilitate physical monthly stock count activities. Perform stock taking and inventory checks as and when required and also during non-working days.
5. Maintain/upkeep warehouse equipment.
6. Assist Manager to supervise and manage warehouse team in daily warehousing operations to ensure warehouse activities are executed safely and effectively to achieve objectives, ie. ensure inventory accuracy, achieve DIFOT (deliver in full on time) and FIFO (first in first out), 5S standard.
7. Monitoring of daily inbound and outbound stock movements and conduct investigations for any discrepancies.
8. Display good management of inventory by ensuring assurance of supply of goods.
9. Assist Manager to identify hazards in order to improve and streamline work processes for warehouse operations.
10. Execute safety and maintenance practices in compliance to OSHAS, 5S and ISO requirements.
11. Prepare monthly inventory related, daily activity and any other reports assigned by HOD.
12. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a valid license to operate forklift.
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management, ISO and Safety compliances.
• Computer literacy is essential with Microsoft Excel and knowledge in SAP system is added advantage.
• Able to work independently, strong team spirit and work to meet deadline.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all level of staff.

Work Location is at Gul Way.

Salary will commensurate with relevant experience
