Job Summary

My Japanese Sake Client seeks a Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Assistant to manage efficient warehouse operations, including inventory control, container handling, space planning, and delivery coordination for delicate sake products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock management and timely container loading and unloading using forklift skills
• Maintain precise inventory records to track sake products and support emergency delivery coordination
• Plan and optimize warehouse space to accommodate delicate sake products safely and efficiently
• Assist with handling and lifting heavy items (up to 20kg), including beer kegs, to support warehouse activities
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse tasks to maintain smooth operations and product care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts for loading and unloading containers
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management systems

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week, 1100 - 1800 hrs
