Job Summary

Lead warehouse operations by supervising staff and managing inventory processes to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and uphold work standards
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, dispatch, and stock control to ensure smooth workflow
• Verify inventory accuracy through regular checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
• Operate company vehicles to perform delivery, collection, or stock transfer tasks as needed
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency under pressure
• Enforce staff discipline to sustain a productive and safe working environment
