Warehouse Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, spare parts, and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Ensure timely and precise updates in inventory systems prepare reports on stock status and trends
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to inventory control processes and systems
• Maintain well-organized documentation of all inventory transactions and adjustments

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role
• Able to read and write in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
