Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

Overall warehouse functions:

. Assist in creating delivering picking for shipments.

. Assist in updating customers ASN in web portal and ASN label prints.

. Coordinate oversea shipments booking with appointed forwarders.

. Ensure finished goods packing are done promptly and accurately as per Work Instructions (WI).

Housekeeping:

. Ensure finished goods store and raw materials store are in good house keep.

Warehouse Operations Management:

. Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.

. Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished stamped parts.

. Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and storage according to company procedures.

. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid production shortages.

Subcontractor Coordination:

. Liaise with subcontractors for outsourced processes such as plating, heat treatment, machining, or secondary operations.

. Arrange material issuance to subcontractors and track return of processed parts.

. Monitor subcon delivery schedules to ensure production timelines are met.

. Maintain proper documentation for all subcontractor transactions.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination:

. Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.

. Prepare delivery documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.

. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers or internal departments.

. Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues.

Inventory Control & Reporting:

. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

. Maintain warehouse records in SAP/ ITS systems.

. Prepare inventory, shipment, and warehouse performance reports for management.

. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory.

Compliance & Safety:

. Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and 5S standards.

. Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment.

. Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Others:

. Any other duties as assigned by superior and/ or management.

Requirement:

. Minimum O level qualification.

. Preferred forklift license.

. Minimum 2 years in warehouse functions, preferably in manufacturing environment.

. Understanding inventory control and logistics coordination.

. Familiarity with subcontracting process in manufacturing.

. Preferably knowledge in SAP (SD & Warehouse module).
