COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse Executive to support efficient inventory management and warehouse operations. This role is key in ensuring accurate stock control, smooth coordination of inventory movements, and effective support for procurement and reporting, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management & Control
  • Support and coordinate inventory activities at the company level alongside the inventory team.
  • Review and evaluate Requisition Forms (RF) submitted to the warehouse to ensure purchases are justified based on project needs and stock requirements.
  • Ensure all Purchase Requisitions align with approved RFs and inventory projections (project-based and average company usage).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all stock movements (issue, return, recovery) are properly updated in the system (Task-hub).
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of inventory and service item codes for both warehouse and company-wide use.
  • Liaise closely with the warehouse team on inbound and outbound shipments.
  1. Process Improvement & Inventory Planning
  • Monitor and control inventory transfers between locations and internal teams, ensuring accurate costing capture for E-job sheets.
  • Analyze inventory consumption trends and generate reports on company usage.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, avoiding direct purchases and working closely with the procurement team for cost control.
  • Assess and recommend bulk or batch purchasing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and stock availability.
  1. Inventory Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate slow-moving and obsolete inventory items.
  • Prepare inventory aging reports for management review.
  • Follow up on stock write-offs, disposal, or sale of excess inventory.
  1. Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  1. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Basic understanding of inventory processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
