- Formulating strategies and policies to reach the organization's objectives
- Responsible for Material Planning requirements and forecasting
- Responsible for Warehouse Inventory forecasting
- Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
- Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system
- Manage warehouse operations while supervising a team of warehouse personnel
- Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend for improvement
- Conduct analysis of errors made in warehouse operations and identify root causes
- Manage warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports
- Demonstrate full understanding of safe work practices and procedures
- Candidate must be able to withstand temperatures as low as -18 degrees Celsius when going in and out of the warehouse to resolve issues when required

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Sat or Sun 8am - 12pm
Mid Shift: 5.5 days workweek
Mon-Fri 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sat or Sun 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Night Shift: 5 days workweek
Mon to Sun, 9pm to 7am
As one of the largest cold room storage facilities still undergoing testing, this role may require you to work overtime as needed until stability is achieved between the system and the warehouse.
