WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Maintain an organized warehouse environment to improve efficiency and safety.
  Class 3 license

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP system).

• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and highlight potential shortages or overstock situations.

Receiving & Dispatch

• Verify incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.

• Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing in NAV.

• Prepare and coordinate outgoing orders for outlets or customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of outlet replenishment orders.

  System & Documentation

  • Update inventory transactions in NAV including stock transfers, adjustments, and GRN.

  • Maintain proper documentation for warehouse transactions and audits.

  • Work closely with procurement and finance teams on stock reconciliation.

  Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply flow.

  • Support stock planning for promotions, campaigns, and festive periods.

  • Assist with supplier returns, claims, and damaged goods management.

  Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and warehouse SOPs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions within the warehouse.

  • Follow workplace safety guidelines for material handling.

  Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

  • Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).

  • Minimum 2-3 years warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail distribution.

  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

  • Comfortable handling warehouse documentation and system transactions.

  • Able to carry heavy goods when required.

  • Proficient in Excel and basic computer systems.
