Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end VIP & high-net-worth client relationship, provide one-on-one exclusive account service, improve user retention and activity.
  • Analyze client demands, deliver professional market insights and product support, and resolve user inquiries, feedback and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute VIP user growth strategies including user activation, re-engagement and silent user recall.
  • Design and implement differentiated client incentive programs based on user asset scale and trading performance.
  • Plan and host exclusive VIP activities including online sharing sessions, offline salons, training programs and trading campaigns.
  • Conduct data analysis on user behavior, retention and transaction trends, and deliver regular analytical reports.
  • Optimize VIP service SOP and collaborate with product, risk, marketing and support teams to drive VIP feature iteration and service upgrade.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in user operation, key account management or VIP client service within financial trading platforms.
  • Prior experience in CEX, securities, futures or brokerage VIP operation is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in refined user operation, user lifecycle management and high-value client maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills, client-oriented mindset and cross-team collaboration capability.
