Job Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned key retail accounts, ensuring sales targets and business objectives are achieved
Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and key stakeholders at head office level
Plan and implement trade promotions, including proposal submission, pricing discussions and execution follow-through
Oversee and manage A&P expenditure, including validation of claims and budget utilization
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and stock availability
Review sales performance regularly and provide insights and reports to management
Align with internal sales team on upcoming promotions, activities and account strategies
Optimize account coverage and execution plans to maximize sales opportunities
Lead, guide and develop a team of sales representatives to meet performance targets
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management
Familiarity with handling large retail chains / modern trade accounts
