Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned key retail accounts, ensuring sales targets and business objectives are achieved

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and key stakeholders at head office level

  • Plan and implement trade promotions, including proposal submission, pricing discussions and execution follow-through

  • Oversee and manage A&P expenditure, including validation of claims and budget utilization

  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and stock availability

  • Review sales performance regularly and provide insights and reports to management

  • Align with internal sales team on upcoming promotions, activities and account strategies

  • Optimize account coverage and execution plans to maximize sales opportunities

  • Lead, guide and develop a team of sales representatives to meet performance targets

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management

  • Familiarity with handling large retail chains / modern trade accounts
