Job Description

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and resourcing requirements
  • Drive the full recruitment cycle of client development, service delivery and key account management delivering revenue, profit and building your ongoing market knowledge, network and expertise
  • Select candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and talent management
  • Consistently bring in high quality talents through head-hunting activities
  • Generate new business opportunities and new contacts with day-to-day opportunities to network with experienced and successful professionals in your dedicated industry practice and help to provide them with better opportunities in their career. Develop expertise in your designated industry and identify new business opportunities for Lincoln
  • Uphold and demonstrate Lincoln Corporate values and adheres to internal policies
  • Contribute to develop synergies with other Lincoln offices in Asia & Europe
  • Lead internal projects, looking for continuous improvement opportunities for Lincoln teams
  • Coach Associate Consultants and/or Researchers

We are looking for smart, energetic, passionate and driven individuals with at least 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of success.
