Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in the Software/IT, Fintech, or Digital Advertising sectors. Experience in managing both B2B and B2C marketing funnels is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex business goals into executable marketing plans.
Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with social media algorithms and content-driven marketing, particularly on Xiaohongshu and WeChat.
Commercial Acumen: Strong client relationship management skills with a history of successful business negotiations and project delivery.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable with marketing analytics tools and using data to pivot strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Experience in SaaS marketing or promoting enterprise-level software solutions.
Agency/MCN Background: Prior experience in top-tier advertising agencies or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) environments.
Influencer Marketing: Proven success in influencer collaborations, content seeding, and viral marketing campaigns.
Regional Exposure: Experience in cross-border business expansion within Southeast Asia.
