Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Architect and execute the company's holistic marketing and operations roadmap, ensuring alignment between software solutions and advertising service goals.

  2. Brand Excellence: Build and solidify the company's brand equity in Singapore and across the Southeast Asian and Greater China markets.

  3. Growth Orchestration: Lead high-impact online/offline campaigns, industry webinars, and strategic partnerships to accelerate high-quality lead generation and user acquisition.

  4. Social Media Mastery: Oversee the content ecosystem across global and regional platforms, including Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on community engagement and brand influence.

  5. Go-To-Market (GTM): Design and implement GTM strategies for new software products, managing the full funnel from awareness to conversion.

  6. Business Development Support: Drive the commercial growth of our advertising and branding division by identifying and engaging key institutional and corporate clients.

  7. Data-Driven Optimization: Establish robust KPI tracking and data analytics frameworks to measure ROI, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.

  8. Team Empowerment: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of execution excellence and continuous learning.

  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client journey.

  10. Market Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights for business pivots.

Requirements

  1. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Professional Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.

  3. Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in the Software/IT, Fintech, or Digital Advertising sectors. Experience in managing both B2B and B2C marketing funnels is a plus.

  4. Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex business goals into executable marketing plans.

  5. Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with social media algorithms and content-driven marketing, particularly on Xiaohongshu and WeChat.

  6. Commercial Acumen: Strong client relationship management skills with a history of successful business negotiations and project delivery.

  7. Analytical Skills: Comfortable with marketing analytics tools and using data to pivot strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Tech-Savvy: Experience in SaaS marketing or promoting enterprise-level software solutions.

  2. Agency/MCN Background: Prior experience in top-tier advertising agencies or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) environments.

  3. Influencer Marketing: Proven success in influencer collaborations, content seeding, and viral marketing campaigns.

  4. Regional Exposure: Experience in cross-border business expansion within Southeast Asia.
