Join Amazon Ads as an Account Executive and help shape the future of advertising across Asia-Pacific. Working from our Singapore hub, you'll operate with entrepreneurial agility backed by Amazon's global resources, taking ownership of account growth strategies and directly influencing our region's trajectory while collaborating with a team that prioritizes customer obsession and bias for action.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
As an Account Executive, you'll divide your time between strategic account management and new business development. Your morning might include a strategy session with a D2C brand exploring how Prime Video and Twitch can reach their target audiences, followed by a discovery call with a potential Financial Services client interested in expanding across the US and Europe. You'll collaborate with our product and marketing teams to craft customized solutions, then spend time analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities for existing partners.
Beyond routine sales management, you'll contribute to building scalable processes and best practices as we grow our presence in this high-growth market. You might mentor newer team members, present thought leadership insights to clients about full-funnel advertising strategies, or work cross-functionally to solve complex multi-stakeholder challenges that arise when supporting enterprise clients navigating global expansion.

We specialize in premium video and display solutions-Prime Video, FireTV, Twitch, and Display-and leverage Amazon's first-party signals to deliver measurable results. You'll work alongside colleagues who are passionate about helping brands succeed, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of advertising in Asia-Pacific by establishing Amazon Ads as the preferred partner for premium advertisers in your assigned industry vertical.
[Language Requirement]
This role is focused on managing and engaging advertisers across Korea and Singapore. While proficiency in Korean is not a mandatory requirement, it is considered a strong asset, as direct communication with Korean-speaking advertisers and stakeholders may be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
