At least 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, including research and UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with non-designers.
Experience working in Agile teams, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS JavaScript is a plus.
Skilled in tools like Figma, Miro, and research/texting tools, etc.
Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyse data to inform design decisions.
Passion for learning, exploring new methods, and helping others grow.
Excellent communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
