What we are looking for
At least 3-8 years of professional experience as a UX designer, or similar role in digital product teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end-to-end product design and delivery, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning interaction flows, and delivering high-quality UI design.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for diverse user groups.
Experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage.
