UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Test and validate design solutions with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver features.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with product goals.
• Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with usability testing, interaction design, and UI design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for diverse user groups.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
