UI UX Designer

Position - General Duties and Tasks

As a member of the Digital Experience Studio, you will play a key role in understanding our users and designing meaningful digital products. While we value your expertise in UI design, we also place high importance on the diversity of your knowledge that can positively influence the overall user experience (UX) of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute user research activities to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

Apply design heuristics to ensure usability and efficiency.

Organize and structure information to improve accessibility and findability.

Design high-fidelity, intuitive, and self-revealing digital products.

Create designs for multiple interfaces including mobile, desktop, conversational, and voice-based platforms.

Apply universal design techniques to promote inclusivity.

Conduct usability testing to validate designs and ensure they are both useful and usable.

Design for a wide range of use scenarios to address diverse user needs.

Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Hand-off design artifacts and specifications to developers for implementation.

Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks, and proactively take steps to mitigate them.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging threats, and new technologies to strengthen product security and compliance.

Highlight potential risks, raise concerns where necessary, and proactively share best practices in risk management.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in Interaction Design (IxD), UX, or related disciplines.

A strong portfolio showcasing systematic and creative design thinking, with a deep understanding of UI design and UX standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of information design, information architecture, and user psychology.

Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, with a strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and material awareness.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working through the software development lifecycle (both waterfall and agile methodologies).

Familiarity with lean and agile principles in design and delivery.

A strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

High integrity with a strong sense of accountability and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Ability to take initiative, improve existing processes, and adapt quickly to new changes.
